Servings: 1-2 | Prep time: 15-20 minutes

  • 100 grams Kaslo Sourdough Barley Pasta
  • 1 cup organic cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves
  • 1/2 cup mini bocconcini balls
  • 2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 garlic clove, minced
  • Fresh cracked pepper and unrefined sea salt to taste


  1. Boil water with a pinch of salt, add pasta and cook to desired firmness (5-8 minutes)
  2. Meanwhile, chop basil, tomatoes and garlic
  3. When pasta is finished cooking, let cool
  4. Add ingredients to cooled pasta
