Step 1 Set the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place bacon on the sheet and place in the oven. Set a timer for 16 minutes.
Step 2 Meanwhile, heat the milk on until boiling, reduce heat to a simmer. Whisk in egg yolks then add Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper.
Step 3 Boil a large pot of water with salt and add Kaslo Sourdough Pasta. Cook to desired firmness (5-8 minutes). Drain.
Step 4 Remove bacon from the oven and place on a plate with paper towel to soak up fat drippings. Chop 5 slices and save the remaining by placing it in the freezer or use it for breakfast the next day.
Step 5 Combine sauce, pasta, and bacon. Garnish with parsley. Serve and enjoy!
