We NEVER feel bloated after eating this, Pasta. But it's health benefits for folks with food sensitivities is amazing to have a fermented pasta product available. Grateful!!

My order arrived with no problems!!! I know your product well as I have been using it for a couple of years but was purchasing from Healthy Planet. I found they would run out of stock online and in the stores would only carry the smallest package and I found cost wise this was not a good enough price point. So, I decided to order directly from you and was glad I could "bulk up" the amount I ordered!!! Much more cost effective. I first saw your product at Sigrid's Health Food store in Kingston and purchased a couple of bags there but then found Healthy Planet had a much better price. Sigrid's is not carrying the product anymore. Too bad! Thanks so much and I have been seeing you are carrying in the grocery stores out west - perhaps one day you will be here in Ontario!!!!!! I wanted to bring to your attention how much i love your pasta. I started eating your pasta at my daughter’s in the Kootenays. It is a great product and the best past i have ever eaten on top of being so healthy. I will continue to purchase your pasta and will enjoy all your recipes.
I have Lyme disease which makes it impossible to eat regular pasta. Your sourdough pasta has made it enjoyable to eat one of my favorite dishes. Your pasta is delicious and rivals up there with the best bronze cut pastas from Italy. My brother and niece both have Chrons disease so I have sent them your pasta to try since gluten is a problem for them as well. My significant other is from Italy and a pasta snob. I just placed another order and wanted to mention how much I like your Pasta. My girlfriend is gluten intolerant and recently discovered that she could have gluten as long as it’s been fermented by sourdough. As a huge pasta lover it was great news to me that these pastas exist and she could actually eat them with no negative side effects.
Today we cooked up the linguine. When it was close to done we tossed in some garlic scapes ( split lengthwise ). Once done we drained it and put it in our pasta bowl, a healthy glug of olive oil, tossed and served. We like to top our pasta with toasted panko breadcrumbs spiced with paprika and lemon zest. We really enjoyed this pasta, served alongside some Hasselback eggplant and grilled bambino sausages. Feel free to use the photos or quote me!!
We received your pasta yesterday… Thank you. We enjoyed it for dinner last night and guess what? My sons eczema didn't flare up!!! But here's the best part… everyone in my family including my son said that it was the best pasta that they have ever eaten. We are now fans of yours!! Thank You!... we did receive the 3rd box. We love your pasta. It tastes great and is sturdy - has the tooth quality we remember from pasta made with flour. My husband has not been able to eat pasta for three years since being diagnosed with microscopic colitis. Noodles made from non-gluten products were not the same as traditional pasta. He didn't enjoy the off-putting flavors and textures. But he could enjoy sourdough bread. One day he said surely someone has figured out how to make sourdough-based pasta. A quick Google search brought me to your company. We are retired so cost is a factor. But as a special treat we will enjoy your pasta. I made Mac and Cheese.
I usually feel bloated after regular pasta. That feeling is absent when I eat my Kaslo. The texture and shapes are perfect, and it just tastes like regular pasta, though it takes a little less time to cook (8 min vs 15). And the customer service is amazing, you will always get personalized and considerate replies. Don't worry if it's taking awhile to get to you, it's coming from Canada. It doesn't taste like sourdough, but that is ok with me, I'm getting the benefit of being able to eat pasta! And remember, Kaslo Macaroni is what north Americans think of as penne. The new elbow macaroni is tremendous, my new favorite.
Sister strikes again! this time she made my Mom's recipe for spaghetti sauce- I had it on radiatori with green beans from my Sydney's garden and it sent me back 50 years to Mom's kitchen! I have a wheat allergy but after seeing you at the Nutter's store in Airdrie, AB I needed to take the chance. Now when I ordinarily eat anything with wheat in the ingredients, I get all the unfortunate GI related reactions, a fever, headache and massive bloating and discomfort. I just wanted to thank you for your wonderful sourdough pasta. which I stocked up on around the holiday season. I've been telling my friends, both American and Canadian, here in the Pacific NW (I live in Oregon) about your company and products, and have encouraged them to give you a try. We have changed our household diet to the Sourdough Pasta products our little girl had been having dietary problems with regular wheat pastas. When we tried this the symptoms went away immediately, and she loves it! For us the value of a child that can eat without pain or discomfort is worth any price.
