Step 1 In a large saucepan, cook beef until pink is no longer visible. Meanwhile, shred your cheese. Drain any grease from the pan.
Step 2 Add barbecue sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper. (You may want to omit salt depending on how salty your broth is).
Step 3 Turn the heat to low, and add the broth and sourdough pasta. Cover for 10 minutes.
Step 4 Stir in shredded cheese and sour cream. Top with fresh or dried herbs. Serve and enjoy! Great for leftovers, if there are any!
Vegan One Pot Dish:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Step 2 Add all ingredients to pan/casserole dish
Step 3 Stir well till all ingredients well coated. Cover
Step 4 Bake for 20 minutes , stir well, and bake for another 20 minutes, checking to make sure it is not over cooked.
Step 5 Squeeze fresh lemon over pasta before serving.
Special Note: You can change up the veggies and / or spices to your liking. Zucchini, cauliflower, peas, green beans etc. Serve and enjoy!
