The only pasta we buy and have been buying it for 5+ years. We usually eat a bag a week. The taste is consistent, good ingredients for the tummy and a Canadian product - what more could you ask for.
I really like the taste of the sourdough pastas and the feeling of better digestion. I would have given a 5 Star rating if not for the high price of the pasta.
