Cooking Information

Cook in a rolling boil for approximately 7-8 minutes (for this shape) until al dente.
Add a generous pinch of salt to the cooking water to bring out the pasta's flavour.
Use a large pot with plenty of water so the pasta has room to cook evenly.
Reserve a little pasta water before draining—it works wonderfully to help sauces come together.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
